Payment Policies

Terms and Conditions of Payment
We do our best to offer trainings at an affordable rate to anyone who wants to learn more about creative facilitation and using the arts to impact youth. To do this we have set the following terms and conditions of payment.

     Two-day Creative Facilitation Workshops:

  • A full refund, less a $50 Admin fee, will be issued for cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to a Creative Facilitation training.
  • Cancellations of less than 72 hours notice will not be offered a refund.
  • If you need to cancel your space, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another eligible participant. Please contact us – info@partnersforyouth.org.

     Advanced Training:

  • A full refund, less a $50 Admin fee, will be issued for cancellations made more than 1-month prior to a training start date.
  • For cancellations of less than 1-month, a full refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations of less than 2-weeks notice or after the course start date will not be offered a refund.

Can I set up a payment plan?
For our 5-month facilitation training we can work with you to set up a payment plan. Full payment is expected regardless of course completion. Contact us for more details – info@partnersforyouth.org. We are not able to set up payment plans for our two day trainings.

Are there scholarships available?
At Partners for Youth Empowerment we do everything we can to ensure that everyone is able to attend our trainings. You will have the option to select a discounted rate during registration.
