Andrew is passionate about the design and evaluation of transformative educational programs that promote positive development in youth and adults. He has been involved with Partners for Youth Empowerment since 2012 as an international facilitator and lead-facilitator for the Power of Hope youth camp. He co-founded the African Youth Leadership Experience camp for youth from Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania based on the Creative Empowerment Model. Andrew has completed a Master of Education in Human Development and Psychology at Harvard, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Psychology at Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development at New York University.
