This unique 2-day experiential training introduces you to the world of Creative Empowerment Facilitation. You'll learn how to weave creative activities into any program to increase depth, relevance, and engagement. You'll learn how opportunities to take creative risks builds confidence and leadership skills and bonds a group as if by magic.
CF1 provides a framework for integrating creative practices into all aspects of your facilitation. You'll learn strategies for developing a safe space that allows people to take creative risks, and you’ll receive a tool box of easy-to-lead activities you can use the very next day to bring depth and heart to your programs. You can use what you learn in CF1 in any program regardless of the content, format, or audience.
You’ll also experience the life enhancing benefits of Creative Facilitation for yourself. You can expect to walk away with new confidence in your creativity and your ability to be an engaging and inspirational leader.
Though you'll be learning to lead creative activities, no experience with the arts is required. At CF1 you will discover how creative you actually are and that we all have an innate ability to express ourselves—once we know we don’t have to be perfect!
CF1 is the place to begin your training in Creative Empowerment Facilitation whether you are a new or experienced facilitator.

CF1 was transformative. It helped deepen our relationships, and it has had a lasting influence on how we do our work, from facilitating trainings and internal meetings to leading community conversations. I can't recommend it enough!

PYE’s Creative Classroom is a great example of how experiential learning can have a much deeper impact on learning. The teachers experienced their own creativity in a whole new way. This training will have lasting impact.
