This very simple mindfulness activity can open up profound conversations.
  1. Each person finds a place outdoors where they can stand. They should have a lot of space around them but be within hearing distance
  2. The facilitator begins by timing one minute and then ringing a bell.
  3. Each person tries to turn in exactly one full circle in exactly that much time
  4. You can then go to 3 minutes, then five minutes
  5. Pull the group together for a discussion about what they noticed, felt or thought during their slow turns.
